About the Event
Prenatal yoga is designed to support mothers-to-be (and new mums) on their individual journeys, from conception all the way through birth, and beyond. These pop-up classes will be designed to meet each student and will create space to honor your changing physical and emotional needs, while addressing any unexpected challenges that might arise. From supportive movements and breathing practices, to meditations to connect with your baby, you'll find a full spectrum of support tools.
All teachers have received prenatal and postnatal yoga training beyond their foundational yoga certifications. Please note that we are not, in most cases, medical professionals, doulas or psychologists. We do however have access to a wide referral network should you need to expand your community of support.
