Guided by Heather Burkart E-RYT 500, RPYT, and lead teacher for Milwaukee Prenatal Yoga Community. No prior experience with yoga is necessary.
Bring your partner, birth coach, friend, or family member. Limit 6 couples. Registration required - participants can register for one or both classes.
Price: $45 per couple per class.
Dates: March 2nd & May 4th
