ABOUT THE COURSE
This course is focused on the physical body in pregnancy and birth. This training is ideal for birth workers, expectant parents, and yoga teachers. Some basic experience or knowledge of yoga is helpful, but not required.

Yoga Philosophy
Understand yogic philosophy and scope as it relates to teachers and and pregnant students
Foundational Postures
Learn 10 foundational poses of a prenatal yoga class with modifications, and class design around these postures.
Inclusivity
Gain knowledge about teaching and communicating in an inclusive way, embracing diversity and uniqueness
Mindfulness
Teach a holistic prenatal class with mindfulness techniques like breathwork, relaxation, and meditation
Ayurvedic Principals
Learn Ayurveda principles for the whole body and mind related to pregnancy and birth
