Spring 2024 Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga
Expecting and new moms will be guided to safely stretch and strengthen their bodies and minds with gentle yoga poses and mindfulness. Newborns are welcome in class.

No Class March 30 or April 20
Expecting and new moms will be guided to safely stretch and strengthen their bodies with gentle yoga poses. We'll also use mindfulness techniques like guided breathing and visualization to help manage stress. Newborns are welcome in class.
Classes are guided by Milwaukee Prenatal Yoga Community teachers and teacher-trainers.
You can also register online or in person for single classes on site at the Bay View Community Center front desk. Mats and props are available to borrow at the community center, but you are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket or other props as you wish.
Street parking is plentiful and available on Oklahoma and Nevada St.
